About the role
The Partner Director, Agencies plays a pivotal role in defining the strategy for agency engagement at Fetch. You will partner with independent agencies across various functions and be the primary relationship owner and point of contact between agencies and the Fetch sales organization. You will structure agency partnerships, build rapport with agency leaders, and collaborate with the Fetch sales team to drive education, innovation, and investment with key agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Structure agency partnership deals with independent agencies that span across multiple agency functions (Media, Commerce, Data, Strategy, etc)
- Support Fetch sales org with onboarding net/new brands, introducing agencies to new Fetch advertising solutions
- Craft specific and measurable Joint Business Plans with agencies & ensure these plans stay on track throughout the year, ensuring renewal and growth in subsequent years
- Own top-down relationships with agency executives
- Create & lead delivery of agency-wide education initiatives, roadshows, summits, etc.
- Ensure that Fetch is central to the agency’s commerce strategy by marketing partnership outputs both internally & externally
- Interface regularly with the leadership of each Fetch team to identify how your agency partnership can drive growth/adoption of their products & services
- Execute and track progress against these agency partnerships via QBRs, internal tracking tools, etc.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct experience structuring & executing complex business development deals with digital media agencies
- Deep understanding of how agencies are structured & organized around different customer needs… and an ability to map a very wide range of products/solutions to these use cases
- Has digital sales experience working with Fortune 500 brands and publishers (commerce media a plus)
- Excellent presentation skills to both to an executive audience and in larger group settings
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and skillfully influence internal stakeholders to rally around the business needs of an agency partner
- Comfortable working in a team setting and partnering across sales, product, and marketing teams
