Director, Agency Partnership Operations
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, commercially minded operator to support our Agency Partnership leadership team and help scale strategic relationships across major agency holding companies.
Responsibilities
Support the senior Agency Partnership lead in managing strategic relationships across major agency holding companies and key agency partners.
Drive operational rigor across partnership initiatives, including meeting follow-ups, action tracking, governance processes, and executive communications.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across sales, strategy, product, marketing, trading, and operations teams.
Ensure partnership commitments, integrations, and commercial opportunities progress efficiently from discussion to execution.
Help identify, organize, and track revenue opportunities, growth initiatives, and partnership priorities.
Maintain visibility into partnership pipelines, joint business plans, account priorities, and key milestones.
Aid in preparing executive-ready materials including QBRs, partnership updates, leadership presentations, and strategic narratives.
Support planning and coordination for agency leadership meetings, offsites, industry events, and client engagements.
Serve as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Help align internal teams around partnership goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Improve communication flow and accountability across complex initiatives.
Identify process gaps and introduce scalable operational improvements.
Develop and maintain partnership tracking frameworks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Monitor partnership health, commercial momentum, and strategic initiative progress.
Synthesize insights and provide leadership with clear visibility into priorities, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in partnership operations, business operations, sales strategy, account management, media, advertising, or agency environments.
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong executive communication and presentation development skills.
Commercial mindset with an understanding of agency ecosystems, media, ad tech, or partnerships.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $140,000- $180,000.
