Partner Development Manager - Agencies

About the role

This position is responsible for building strategic partnerships with agencies to drive brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing agency relationships and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals.
• Manage the lifecycle of partnerships, including onboarding, performance measurement, and renewal discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the advertising or marketing technology space.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing agency relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.

Pay

The base salary for this role is $80,000 per year.
