Our team drives the adoption of ThousandEyes, a cutting-edge Digital Experience Assurance platform that empowers organizations to deliver flawless digital experiences across any network. We operate as a high-energy, collaborative group of channel experts working closely with Cisco’s broader portfolio to scale innovation and market reach. Responsibilities

  • Execute national channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with national partners to build a robust, high-performing ecosystem
  • Lead the integration of ThousandEyes solutions into partner portfolios to ensure consistent technology adoption
  • Facilitate comprehensive partner enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness and technical proficiency
  • Manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecasting to provide visibility and ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales for enterprise sales
  • Consistent record of leading and growing sales pipelines with national resellers, distributors, or system integrators
  • Demonstrated experience in driving the adoption of SaaS or network intelligence solutions within partner organizations
  • Experience delivering partner enablement programs, including training, certification, and joint marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency in handling revenue forecasts and monitoring partner performance metrics to optimize sales outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities in complex channel ecosystems

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $177,800.00 to $232,400.00 (U.S. and/or Canada locations), not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.

For specific locations, the full salary ranges are:

  • New York City Metro Area: $196,800.00 - $297,200.00
  • Non-Metro New York State & Washington State: $187,800.00 - $283,700.00

For quota-based sales roles, the ranges include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.

    • Non-exempt employees: 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year (accrued at 4.92 hours per pay period)
    • Exempt employees: Flexible vacation time off with no defined limit (subject to business limitations)
    • 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, with up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward
    • Additional paid time away for critical or emergency family issues
    • Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
  • Annual bonuses (for non-sales roles, subject to Cisco’s policies)
  • Performance-based incentive pay for sales roles (split between quota and non-quota components)
