About the role
The Terminal Coordinator (TC) at USPack is responsible for a variety of tasks in a terminal operation. The TC should be able to solve customer issues in real time, by themselves, without transferring the call to others.
Responsibilities
- Perform administration tasks to support the delivery expectations of customers.
- Order entry
- BOL submissions
- Portal entries
- Paperwork preparation for billing
- Perform dispatch support tasks.
- Shipment preparation/administration
- Dispatch orders
- Perform warehouse related tasks.
- Pulling orders off the floor or rack
- Unloading trailers
- Sorting and labeling pieces
- Preparing orders for delivery and/or return
- Promote safety best practices and safe use of equipment in the terminals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly.
- Ability to work both in a group setting and independently.
- Must be able to collaborate with terminal management to effectively hold people accountable.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, in email, and on the phone.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to learn multiple operating systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- College Degree (preferred).
- Basic MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience (required).

Pay
$20-$21 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Shift Hours: 1pm - 6:30pm
Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred.
