Part Time - Teller

Role Overview

Provide exceptional customer service by processing daily financial transactions in a retail banking setting. Serve as the first point of contact, recommend bank products, and refer clients to other departments to foster long-term client relationships and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawer operations, ensuring compliance with audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist with ATM balancing, deposit verification, and vault control.
• Deliver prompt, high-quality client experiences and resolve issues effectively.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients as needed.
• Adhere to all operational, compliance, and risk management policies.
• Continuously improve product knowledge through training and meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to policies.

No supervisory responsibilities. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
