Part Time - Teller

Role Overview This on-site retail banking role involves providing accurate customer service by processing daily financial transactions, serving as the first point of contact, and recommending or referring bank products to clients. The position requires travel within the Knoxville market to multiple banking centers. Key Responsibilities Handle cash drawer, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions (e.g., bonds, money orders). Assist with ATM balancing, deposit verification, and vault responsibilities. Maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with audit/security policies.Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive banking relationship. Identify cross-selling opportunities, refer prospects, and promote bank products/services.Adhere to all regulatory and internal policies, ensuring risk management and ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred. >Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counting equipment. Additional Requirements Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures.No supervisory responsibilities.
