Part Time - Teller

Role Overview

This position involves delivering accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment, serving as the first point of contact for clients, recommending banking products, and developing profitable relationships. The role is responsible for processing daily financial transactions, managing cash, and ensuring compliance with operational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawer, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist in balancing ATMs, verifying deposits, and maintaining vault control.
• Provide excellent client service, resolve issues promptly, and promote bank products.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer clients to appropriate teams.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with 10‑key calculators and coin counters.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer focus.
• No supervisory responsibilities.

Additional Information

• Background and credit checks are required.
• Adherence to the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act is mandatory.
