Part Time - Teller

Role Overview: Provides high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service in a retail banking environment, handling daily financial transactions and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Responsible for recommending banking products, referring clients to appropriate departments, and developing long-term profitable relationships to maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities Handle cash drawers, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions while ensuring adherence to audit and security policies.Assist with daily ATM balancing, verify deposits, and support vault responsibilities, maintaining operational efficiency.Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and enhance service through ongoing product knowledge development.Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients/prospects appropriately.Ensure compliance with bank regulations, internal controls, and ethical standards.Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required; cash handling or teller experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counters.Strong communication, customer service, and operational skills.No supervisory responsibilities.
