Part Time - Teller

About the role

This position involves providing high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service in a retail banking environment. The role includes processing financial transactions, serving as the first point of contact for clients, recommending bank products, and referring clients to appropriate banking areas. Building and maintaining profitable client relationships to maximize revenue is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawers, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments following security policies.
• Assist with daily ATM balancing, verify deposits, and support vault responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and enhance service through ongoing learning.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, 10‑key calculator, and coin counter.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and adhere to operational standards.
