Part Time - Teller

Role: Teller Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by processing banking transactions for both business and individual clients, managing cash drawers, and cross-selling bank products. Verify deposit amounts, examine checks for fraud, and handle cash accordingly. Assist customers with ATM and electronic services, balance cash drawers daily, and report discrepancies. Serve as backup teller at other locations and participate in bank activities and training. Ensure compliance with regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act. Maintain knowledge of banking products and identify customer needs to deepen relationships. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma required. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift coin and currency bags (25-50 lbs). Multilingual skills encouraged. Demonstrate business insight, customer focus, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. Willingness to travel periodically and work in-office as needed.
