Part Time - Teller

Role Overview: The position involves providing accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment, serving as the first point of contact and recommending bank products or referring clients to appropriate departments. Key Responsibilities Handle daily financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while maintaining cash controls.Assist with ATM balancing, deposits, and vault responsibilities, ensuring compliance with security policies.Deliver excellent client experiences by resolving issues promptly and assisting with service needs.Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients to enhance relationships.Adhere to operational efficiency standards and internal controls, including cash drawer management and risk management protocols.Stay informed of operational updates to ensure compliance and perform other assigned job duties. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counter.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Additional Information: No supervisory responsibilities. The role requires commitment to bank policies, risk management, and ethical standards.
