About the role

Join as a Retail Store Associate to ensure efficient store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include restocking shelves, slicing deli meats, receiving products, assisting customers, and processing transactions, all while maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and product rotation.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety compliance according to regulations.
• Resolve price discrepancies and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments during sales promotions and perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Retail store knowledge and accuracy in vision and reading.
• Ability to differentiate products and provide courteous service.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate various kitchen and store equipment.
• Some experience in retail preferred; training provided for new entrants.
• Attendance, initiative, productivity, safety, and commitment to quality.

Schedule

Part-time with potential full-time opportunities, flexible shifts, and location-specific scheduling. The environment involves handling store temperatures from 50°F to 90°F.
