About the role

This part-time Hospice Nurse role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages, following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act, coordinating care with healthcare team members, and traveling primarily within Clark County, Washington.

Qualifications

• Oregon and Washington RN licenses and BLS certification
• At least 2 years of medical/surgical, long-term care, home health, or hospice experience
• Experience with electronic medical records
