We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes description: "The Part Time Nurse is a key health care provider..." That's about the role. Then "Essential Functions" list. Then "Work Schedule". Then "Pay Rate". Then "Minimum Qualifications". Then maybe "Physical Requirements" and "Working Conditions" but those are not required sections; we only include sections if posting has real specific content. The instructions: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We have content for Physical Requirements and Working Conditions, but they are not in the list of allowed headings? The allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't list Physical Requirements or Working Conditions. So we should not create sections for those; we could incorporate that info into other sections? Probably we should omit them because they aren't in allowed headings. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. If content doesn't fit, we may put in

prose. So we can include About the role (intro), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe same?), Skills (maybe communication etc), Pay, Schedule. Benefits: posting says Non-Benefit Eligible, so no benefits; we should not create Benefits section because no real content. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from essential functions, work schedule, pay rate, minimum qualifications, etc. Also include info about weekend coverage, shifts, etc. Also include info about working alone after 5 PM, etc. Also include info about required licensure, CPR, etc. Also include info about preferred experience, etc. Also include info about professional demeanor, etc. Also include info about organizational skills, etc. Also include info about ability to work evening and weekend hours. Also include info about non-exempt, part-time, non-benefit eligible. Also include info about equal opportunity employer? That's boilerplate EEO; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should drop that line. Also drop application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal, etc. Also drop Job ID etc. Also drop copyright line. Thus produce HTML fragment with sections:

About the role

The Part Time Nurse is a key health care provider responsible for nursing assessment, direct nursing care, and appropriate medical record documentation for all students who are cared for at the Student Health Center during clinical work hours. This position covers work shifts on a part time basis for specific dates when additional coverage is required. Some weekend coverage is required. This position requires comfort working alone after 5 PM to provide nursing assessment and care, with a medical and counseling provider on call, and ER backup for true emergencies. On weekdays, other staff members work until 5 PM. On the weekends, the nurse is the only staff member on site. Scheduled work shifts (up to 8 hours) for the Part Time Nurse as needed, specific dates/schedule to be determined by the department. Shorter work shifts may occasionally be scheduled to cover for nursing activities such as flu vaccine clinics, etc.

  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively with all members of the Lindley Health Center team.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours, as needed.
We might also include a Skills section? Could pull out communication, organizational, etc. But we already have many in qualifications. Might be redundant. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine qualifications and skills into one section called "Qualifications" that includes both. But we already have Minimum Qualifications. Could rename to Qualifications. However they said use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have Qualifications heading and include the list. We could also have Skills heading for soft skills, but we can keep them under Qualifications. To avoid many thin sections, we can have Qualifications only. Thus we need to decide: Use Minimum Qualifications heading? Not in list but Qualifications is. So we should use

Qualifications

. The content is the minimum qualifications. We'll not duplicate. Thus final HTML:

About the role

...

Responsibilities

    ...

Qualifications

    ...
We should not include Requirements or Skills sections separately. Check that we preserved all substantive info: essential functions, work schedule, pay, qualifications (including licensure, CPR, experience, knowledge, professional demeanor, attendance, communication, organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to work evening/weekend). Also we included info about working alone after 5 PM, weekend coverage, etc. Also we included info about the environment statement. Also we included info about non-exempt, part-time, non-benefit eligible? That's not in any section; maybe we could add a short paragraph under About the role or Qualifications? It's substantive about position type. The instructions: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that. Where to put? Could add a sentence in About the role or Qualifications. Probably add a sentence in About the role: "This is a non‑exempt, part‑time, non‑benefit‑eligible position." Let's incorporate. Also we need to include info about Washington and Lee University promoting dynamic environment (already in About the role). Good. Also we need to include info about "Successful candidates will contribute to that environment and exhibit potential for excellence in their areas of expertise." Already in About the role. Also we need to include info about "Position Type Non-Exempt, Part Time, Non-Benefit Eligible". We'll add. Also we need to include info about "Washington and Lee is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove. Also we need to include info about "Job description requirements are representative, but not all‐inclusive..." that's boilerplate; remove. Also we need to include info about "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." that's also EEO; remove. Also we need to include info about "To apply, visit:" etc; remove. Also we need to include info about "Application Instructions: eview of applications will begin immediately..." remove. Also we need to include info about "Physical Requirements" and "Working Conditions": remove as not allowed headings; but we could incorporate some of that into Responsibilities? Probably not needed; but we must preserve ALL substantive information. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions are substantive. However the allowed headings list does not include them; but we could still include them as

prose under a generic section? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they expect only those headings. But they also say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So if we have content for Physical Requirements, we could make a section but heading must be one of the allowed? Not sure. Safer to avoid creating new headings; we could embed that info in a

under Responsibilities or Qualifications? But it's not really responsibilities or qualifications. Could add a

after Qualifications titled "Physical Requirements and Working Conditions" as a paragraph without heading? But they said use

for section headings; they didn't forbid paragraphs without heading. So we could add a

with that info. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings for sections; but we can still have paragraphs outside sections? The output is just HTML fragment; we could have multiple

sections and

paragraphs. The instruction about sections likely refers to those headings. So we can add a

for Physical Requirements and Working Conditions without a heading. That would preserve info. Thus after Qualifications, add a

with Physical Requirements and Working Conditions details. Let's extract Physical Requirements list: Fine Motor Manipulation: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling. Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time. Crouching:
