Part Time - Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced management professional to lead a team in a casual fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Support and train kitchen and front of house staff to maintain high standards of teamwork, consistency, and service quality
• Manage a curated menu of elevated cuisine, beverages, cocktails, wines, and craft beers
• Foster a positive, team-oriented, and nurturing work environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing requirements, including TABC and food manager certifications
• Maintain a commitment to excellence and deliver memorable experiences for guests

Qualifications & Skills

• Dependability, enthusiasm, and focus
• Previous management experience in a hospitality setting
• Current food manager certification and TABC license
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
