About the role
Oversee all restaurant and customer service activities within a busy airport environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage team performance through supervision and feedback
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Ensure adherence to guest service standards and brand guidelines
- Handle systems and processes such as inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
- Maintain merchandising standards
- Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing performance reports
- Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders
