Part Time - Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing, selling, and promoting all products and services, ensuring adherence to store standards. They greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, recommend services, and communicate effectively with customers. They provide accurate quotes, update on service status, and follow proper procedures for transactions and warranties. Post-repair follow-ups and tracking returns are also key duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior service advisor experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks
• Obtain necessary licenses (State Inspector and ASE Certification)
• Ability to work at least five days per week, including weekends
• Maintain a professional appearance

Pay

Salary range: $50,000–$70,000 annually.
