Part-Time Residential Care Worker - Overnight Shift

About the role

Part-time, 3rd shift position (10:00 pm–6:00 am Wednesday–Friday) providing care, support, and monitoring for residents in addiction and restorative justice programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, support, and monitoring to residents
• Document behaviors and maintain confidentiality
• Assist with housekeeping, supplies, and meal preparation
• Administer medications
• Respond to emergencies and perform basic first aid
• Help residents achieve treatment goals
• Attend required training and team meetings
• Transport clients as needed
• Lead educational activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in care, behavioral health, or related field preferred
• Strong reading, writing, math, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow directions, maintain professionalism, and work collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license preferred; must pass motor vehicle check
• DHS 83 training preferred; required after hire
