Part-Time Residential Care Worker - Overnight Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide care, support, and supervision to clients in addiction recovery and restorative justice programs.
• Monitor residents and document behaviors.
• Assist with housekeeping, medication administration, and crisis response.
• Support treatment goals and lead educational activities.
• Assist with life skills and transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in similar services preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow directions, maintain professionalism, and collaborate effectively.

Certifications & Skills

• Valid driver's license preferred; pass motor vehicle check.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective communication.
• Knowledge of first aid, fire safety, and medication procedures is beneficial.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Community residential setting, requiring physical activity like standing, walking, and outdoor exposure. Travel may be required.
