Part-Time Residential Care Worker - Overnight Shift

About the role

Provide care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs. Support residents in achieving treatment goals, monitor behaviors, document records, and respond to emergencies. Assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, medication administration, meal prep, and transportation. Lead educational activities, support life skills development, and provide basic first aid. Work independently, problem-solve, attend training, and collaborate with team members.

Schedule

• Part-time, 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am) Wednesday–Friday

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in similar services preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to pass motor vehicle check
• Basic computer skills required
• Physical ability for community-based work

Certifications

• DHS 83 training preferred, required after hire
• Language proficiency in verbal and written communication

• Standing, bending, outdoor exposure, and moderate noise in community setting
