Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, and status reports.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Format and produce professional reports, proposals, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Draft, edit, and proofread written materials, including reports, meeting summaries, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Create standardized templates and document management systems.
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems.
- Create dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and project performance reports.
- Analyze and organize project data to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
- Develop client-ready presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.
- Create visual reports, graphics, and project summaries.
- Design professional materials for meetings, outreach activities, and executive presentations.
- Cook up calendars, schedules, meetings, and logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.
- Maintain filing systems across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and cloud-based platforms.
- Support process improvement initiatives and workflow management.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- Advanced formulas
- Data analysis
- Dashboard creation
- Reporting tools
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite:
- Excel

- Strong skills in Google Workspace:

- Experience creating presentations using Canva.
- Ability to prepare polished, executive-level documents and reports.
