Rotational Saturdays | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Professionally answer and direct inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
- Aid customers and provide exceptional customer service on every call and online inquiry
- Complete, respond to, and assign internet leads across the dealership group
- Perform outbound service follow-up calls
- Help maintain accurate and organized customer databases
- Work across multiple systems and screens efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Aid with additional administrative and customer support tasks as needed

- The ability to talk on the phone while navigating computer systems
- A reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills required
- Previous customer service, phone, or office experience is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person!
