Part-Time Phone Operator | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Professionally answer and direct inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
• Aid customers and provide exceptional customer service on every call and online inquiry
• Complete, respond to, and assign internet leads across the dealership group
• Perform outbound service follow-up calls
• Support vehicle photo operations, including photo editing and website uploads
• Help maintain accurate and organized customer databases
• Work across multiple systems and screens efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Aid with additional administrative and customer support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
• A strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable talking on the phone while typing and navigating multiple computer systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Excel
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• One to two years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience with multi-line phones, CRM systems, or photo editing is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person!
• The ability to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods
• Availability Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays required
• Previous customer service or phone experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
