Full-Time Service BDC Phone Agent

Mercedes‑Benz of Alexandria is seeking a full‑time Phone Agent for the BDC Service Department. The role may require evenings and some Saturday shifts. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a track record of delivering customer satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and passion.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume of inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the service department.
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
• Operate computers, programs, and smart devices comfortably.
• Assist in generating reports and logs.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude and strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work some weekend shifts.
• Drive to meet customer expectations.

Schedule

This full‑time position may require evenings and some Saturday shifts.
