Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service appointments, estimates, and repairs.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the dealership’s CRM system.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding vehicle status and follow-ups.
- Assist the service department with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
