Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online service inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming maintenance and recommended services.
- Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and service satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership's CRM system.
- Cookordinate with the service department to ensure appointment availability and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building lasting customer relationships.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or BDC experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
