Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments for our customers.
- Respond quickly to internet leads, emails, text messages, and online appointment requests.
- Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, recall campaigns, and missed appointments.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Cook up with Service Advisors and Service Management to maximize shop efficiency.
- Help drive customer retention and satisfaction by delivering a world-class service experience.
- Maintain and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
- Represent Edmond Hyundai with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Previous BDC, automotive dealership, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication and phone skills.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multiple applications simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule covering all service department operating hours, including Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
