About the role
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative Associate to serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate support and logistical assistance to navigate their care.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, supportive first point of contact
- Verify demographic and insurance information
- Complete required paperwork and assist patients with forms
- Explain costs, collect payments, and resolve claim issues
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and in-person
- Mentor and support staff to meet dynamic healthcare needs
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, every other weekend, and holidays
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work evening shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old
Preferred Qualifications
- Revenue cycle or general office experience
- Experience with Epic systems
