About the role

Part Time Patient Access Registration Representative supporting patient care delivery in patient reception, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment processing for campuses with hospital and medical group departments. Located at 717 West Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188. External applicants are eligible for a $2,000 sign‑on bonus. The role includes 4 weeks of paid training; training hours will be based on the schedule or discussed on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients in person, or communicates by telephone or video conferencing, upholding excellent customer service
• Enters and updates patient demographic and financial information, ensuring the patient is fully registered as early in the process as possible
