This position is available in the Derry location.

Responsibilities

- Assist patients by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members. - Work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements

- High school education or equivalent. - High quality customer service skills. - Strong computer skills. - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting. - Medical experience preferred.
