About the role
The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in various projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing customer support and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain records of all correspondence and documents related to customer service.
- Prepare reports and summaries as needed for management review.
- Assist in organizing meetings and events as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
