About the role

The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing customer support and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Organize and maintain records of all correspondence and documents related to customer service.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as needed for management review.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
