Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing team and staff travel requirements, to include trialists, current student-athletes and their families
- Assisting with budget management and financial tracking ‘budget to actuals’
- Managing Performance Center visitors and communication
- Schedule coordination and communication across key academy stakeholders
- Support the Head of Academy with executive tasks; schedule management, correspondence, and travel planning
- Support the planning and execution of Academy events: home matches, scouting events, and other Academy activities
- Oversee the SDFC 'Street Team' and other part-time staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PREFERRED: Certifications / knowledge of necessary software programs for business operations, financial management and record keeping
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in team operations travel logistics and budget management
- RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: in professional sports, university athletics department or sports club
Key Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Language Requirements
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) or multi-lingual skills is a plus.
