Role Overview

This position involves assisting customers, managing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to safety and company policies in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Following all policies and procedures, including safety standards
• Performing cashier duties such as processing payments, verifying IDs, and handling refunds
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Monitoring equipment and reporting malfunctions
• Supporting special projects and other assigned tasks
• Providing excellent customer service and treating all associates with fairness and respect
• Controlling supplies and recording discrepancies
• Securing cash registers and protecting company assets
• Recognizing produce varieties and performing general housekeeping

Qualifications

• Meet minimum age requirements
• Completion of cashier/service associate training is required
