Responsibilities
- Assess residents and administer medications and treatments
- Perform testing and document care
- Respond to health emergencies
- Contribute to resident assessments
- Develop self-care education programs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Valid LPN license
- Additional certifications for IV therapy (if applicable)
