Part Time Membership Advisor

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated applicants with a passion for the fitness industry to join our fun and fulfilling Membership Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships with club members as well as generate new business
• Possess clear communication and phone presentation skills
• Possess a passion for sales
• Enjoy healthy competition and have a strong determination to succeed
• Enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community
• Have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and assist with club related questions and/or concerns
• Learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to fifteen pounds

Qualifications

• Strong background in developing strong customer relationships with club members as well as generating new business
• Clear communication and phone presentation skills
• Ambitious, driven, and goal-oriented team player
• Passionate about sales and networking
• Knowledgeable about the clubs and their services
• Ability to navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to fifteen pounds
