Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated applicants with a passion for the fitness industry to join our fun and fulfilling Membership Sales Team. If you excel in developing strong customer relationships with club members as well as generating new business, possess clear communication and phone presentation skills, have a passion for sales, are ambitious, driven, and goal-oriented, enjoy networking, and have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and their services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships with club members and generate new business
• Possess clear communication and phone presentation skills
• Possess a passion for sales
• Enjoy healthy competition and have a strong determination to succeed
• Enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community
• Have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and their services and are happy to assist with club-related questions and concerns

Requirements

• Can learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Can efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities
• Can stand for extended periods of time
• Can lift up to fifteen pounds
