Responsibilities

  • Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
  • Aid members with loan applications.
  • Spot and prevent potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Share products and services that make life better for our members.
  • Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1 year of similar experience preferred.

Schedule

  • Up to 29 hours/Week Monday - Friday shifts (starting as early as 7:45 am and ending at approximately 5:15 pm).
  • Mandatory 2-3 Saturdays per month (8:30 am - 1:30 pm).

Orientation & Training

  • Orientation: 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI).
  • Training: 5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success.
