Member Advisor Part-Time

TRUE Community Credit Union in Brooklyn, MI is looking for a part-time Member Advisor who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day. Whether you're helping someone open their first account, navigate a financial decision, or celebrate a personal milestone, you'll play an important role in creating the kind of experiences members remember long after they leave.

Responsibilities

• Forge meaningful relationships with members
• Seamlessly process transactions
• Efficiently open and maintain accounts
• Guide individuals through loan applications
• Assist people in discovering financial solutions tailored to their goals
• Deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression
• Identify opportunities to safeguard members from fraud
• Confidently navigate multiple systems
• Connect members with products and services designed to enhance their financial well-being

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of retail, cash handling, banking, customer service, sales, or related experience is preferred

Schedule

This part-time opportunity offers up to 29 hours per week with Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m., along with 2-3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Pay

$17.00-$18.50 per hour
