Member Advisor Part-Time
Join a team dedicated to helping people write their next chapter at TRUE Community Credit Union, Clinton Branch. As a part-time Member Advisor, you’ll build relationships, assist with financial decisions, and create memorable experiences for members.
About the role
This part-time opportunity offers up to 29 hours per week with shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus 2-3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
You’ll forge meaningful relationships with members, process transactions, open and maintain accounts, guide individuals through loan applications, and help them discover financial solutions tailored to their goals. You’ll also identify fraud risks, navigate multiple systems, and connect members with products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of retail, cash handling, banking, customer service, sales, or related experience (preferred)
Pay
$17.00–$18.50 per hour
