About the role

Provide resident-centered medication administration and nursing care in an assisted living and memory care setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications, monitor resident responses, and perform basic nursing assessments.
• Document care accurately following regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team, residents, and families to develop and support personalized care plans.
• Promote dignity, independence, and uphold infection control and safety practices.
• Ensure safe medication delivery, monitor resident health, document thoroughly, and support personalized resident care within a compassionate team environment.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
