Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing nursing support in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
- Accurately document in MAR/TAR and transcribe physician orders.
- Monitor resident symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updates.
- Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
- Maintain medication carts, conduct narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support resident safety through clinical precision and early identification of health issues.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
