Part-Time LPN Medication Nurse

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration and maintain accurate documentation in MAR/TAR.
• Monitor residents' symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updates.
• Conduct health updates, transcribe orders, and observe physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support resident safety by preventing medication errors and identifying health changes early.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Preferred experience in senior care or medication administration

Provide safe, accurate clinical care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support residents' health and well-being through precise medication management and ongoing health monitoring.
