Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate therapy to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and children.
- Manage a caseload with a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly.
- Utilize modern clinical technology, such as telehealth and electronic health records.
- Participate in clinical support activities, case consultations, and community engagement.
- Provide clinical care, maintain documentation, and collaborate with team members.
- Contribute to a supportive clinical community.
- Support administrative processes handled by the organization, allowing focus on client care.
Requirements
- Licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and residing in California.
- Strong commitment to client progress, teamwork, and adaptability to clinical technology.
- Open to treating a variety of client needs.
