Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children
- Manage a caseload
- Utilize clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and EHR tools
- Contribute positively to a clinical community through collaboration and support
- Provide measurable progress
- Work effectively in a team
- Handle administrative tasks delegated by the organization
- Engage in ongoing training and support
Qualifications
- Must be independently licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
- Based in California
- Availability for a minimum of 15 sessions weekly and 20 hours of work
- Experience treating a variety of clients
- Confidence with clinical technology is essential
- Build a full caseload efficiently with flexible scheduling
