Part Time Licensed Therapist

About the role

Seeking licensed clinicians to deliver evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The position requires independently licensed professionals residing in California, available for a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly, treating diverse clients including couples and children. Clinicians will focus on helping clients achieve measurable progress, utilizing modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care
• Participate in clinical community activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Build a full caseload within 90 days
• Offer flexible scheduling, available seven days a week

The organization handles administrative tasks including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.

Requirements

• Licensed in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD)
• Reside in California
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly
• Comfortable with clinical technology (telehealth platforms, EHR tools)
• Team-oriented and dedicated to client progress

Prior experience with diverse client populations is valued.

Pay
