Part Time Licensed Therapist

About the role

Licensed clinicians provide evidence-based, compassionate mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The organization supports clinicians with administrative tasks, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training, enabling focus on client care. Clinicians build caseloads within 90 days, with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to diverse clients, including couples and children
• Utilize modern clinical technology and EHR tools

Requirements

• Independently licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• California resident
• Available for at least 15 sessions weekly
• Open to treating various client populations
• Confident with telehealth and EHR tools
• Team-oriented mindset

Pay

Up to $62,000 based on licensure and session volume, with bonus opportunities. Bi-weekly pay.
