About the role
Licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children
- Utilize modern clinical technology
- Maintain a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly
- Contribute to a supportive clinical community through participation in supervision, consultations, and team activities
Requirements
- Hold an active license in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
- Demonstrate strong client engagement skills
- Proficient with telehealth and electronic health records
- Committed to client progress
- Collaborative team player
