Role Overview
Licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children
- Utilize modern clinical technology and EHR tools
- Maintain a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly
- Contribute positively to a clinical community
- Support clients in achieving measurable progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and residing in California
- Open to treating various client types
- Confident working with telehealth platforms
- Team-oriented
- Dedicated to client outcomes
Key Duties & Support
- Focus on client care, with administrative tasks handled by the organization
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
- Build a full caseload within 90 days
- Access clinical support and community resources
