About the Role
Licensed clinicians provide evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. They offer compassionate support to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children, ensuring measurable progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 15 sessions weekly, with flexible scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
- Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR tools
- Collaborate within a supportive clinical community through case consultations and live support
- Manage all clinical documentation and coordinate with clients effectively
Requirements
- Independently licensed in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD)
- Strong commitment to client progress and evidence-based practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with telehealth technology and clinical tools
